Hey guys, what’s shaking? I introduce a famous bagel store in Oahu, Hawaii.This shop is called “Bogart's Cafe & Espresso Bar”, and located Monsarrat Ave Ste 3, Honolulu, HI. The phone number is (808) 739-0999. Also, over the road, there is Mexican restaurant. Besides, a parking can contain more than 15 cars.
Bogart’s Café serves coffee, espresso, bagel, sandwiches, desserts and waffles. Especially, plain is 1.40$. It’s so cheap, ya? Office hours are a little bit longer than other café, I think. Monday to Friday it serves, am 6:00 to pm 6:30. Saturday and Sunday, it serves am 6:00 to pm 6:00. It’s pretty good time. In this café, there are two long surfboards on the wall. It’s cool for surfers. If you want to eat other foods, you don’t go to another place because there are several foods shop near there, like L&L, Aloha Sushi, and Health Bar.
Anyway, when I went there, there were so many people waiting for ordering. It was 9:00 am. We, all who were 11 people, took about 1 hour to receive our order completely. However, this crowded means this shop is really genuine. We are at Kapiolani Park. It was so big! Of course, actually I did not eat the foods, everybody said to die for it!
Also, I learned from Nick in American culture, it is usual to meet friends at the breakfast. I was surprised because in Japan, we do not have the custom to go out to eat breakfast in the morning. I’m getting American culture well. If you have an opportunity to come Oahu, or if you live here, I recommend you guys to go there. It’ll be not sorry

Bagel from Monsarrat

Honolulu has Daimond Head.

We were going toward the magnificent volcano.

Going through Kapiolani Blvd, we could get the behind of Kapiolani Park.

We could see Diamond Head in front of us and the blue sea on our right.

We were in the Monsarrat Ave.

The coffee shop called "Bogart's" was there.

In the small shop, we were welcomed by beautiful clark.

I ordered "Bogart's Work ($3,50)" and buy a bottle of orange juice(4.50).

Orange juice was a little expesive, but the taste was really good.

"Bogart's Work" has two bagels.

Tomato was on the top and many bean sprouts were on the bagel.

Cheese and some spices were also there.

Taste... Really good.

I ate three bagels. They were amazing.

If you come to Honolulu, you should try it.

Today, I went to a very good bakery shop!
That is…………………………… BOGART’S café!!!!

The inside of shop was very fancy and cute.
I liked this shop’s interior.
And also this shop’s clerks were very cute.
They looked like surf girl.
They are very cute, friendly, and also kind.
Always, they seemed very busy.
Especially morning time is very busy time because of very delicious breakfast bagel.
This shop’s breakfast menu is very famous for local people.
This is near the Kapiolani park.

There are some menus in this shop.

・Bagel etc…

Especially, bagel is the best choice in the morning.
Bagel has some flavors.
・Blueberry
・Cinnamon Raisin
・Everything
・Garlic
・Onion
・Poppy Seed
・Sesame Seed
・Strawberry/Guava
・Spinach
・Wheat
・Plain
・Taro

And also you can choose some toppings.
Bacon, Turkey Bacon, Ham, Portuguesa Sausage, or Mushrooms.
Cream Cheese, Flavored Cream Cheese, or Peanut Butter etc…

My best choice is Cinnamon Raisin with Turkey Bacon.
Today, I ate this one, and I was surprised at this special taste.
I had eaten some kinds of delicious Bagel in Japan.
But, today I met the most delicious Bagel than I have ever eaten them.

The shop’s main drink is espresso.
Most customer ordered espresso or coffee.
My friend ordered fresh orange juice.
In the morning, we can eat breakfast bagel pretty good price.
It’s about $4.25!!!!!

Savory Breakfast.

Today, we went to the breakfast shop. That is café and espresso bar and famous for delicious bagel. This shop is near Kapiolani park. It takes about fifteen minutes from Hawaii Tokai International College by a car. The inside of a shop is little small and surfboard is decorated. It is very cool. But inside of the shop was crowded with people. This shop is really popular between local people. There are many people who were eating bagel and drinking espresso. The menu is really full of variety. In bagel, there are many kinds of flavor, blueberry, onion, spinach, cinnamon raisin, poppy seed, wheat, everything, sesame seed, plain, garlic, strawberry/guava, and taro. You can chosse only bagel or breakfast bagel, bagel works, and lox bagel. Breakfast is the most popular menu in this shop. Breakfast bagel is favorite flavor with jack and cheddar cheese, tomato, topped, with spinach, and light fluffy egg. Other menu is some kinds of omelets, bogart’s specialties, specialty sandwiches, pizza, nachos, soup and salad. Espresso has also variety of flavor and it is good price. Today, I chose everything flavor of breakfast bagel. It is below five dollars. When I received the bagel, my heart was hopping. We took out the bagel and we eat it in Kapiolani park. It is sunny today. I felt fresh breakfast. By the way, the bagel was really tasty and savory. I have not ever eaten such delicious bagel! I was really shocked and impressed. I want you to recommend BOGARD’S very much. If I have a chance, I want to go to BOGARD’S to relish great breakfast again.

Round Happiness

Bagel-it’s a kind of bread what was boiled and baked. Do you know that there is a store that has prime bagel? Near the Honolulu Zoo, there is café-Bogart’s on Monsarrat Avenue. We went to around 9’o clock, but the not so big shop was almost full of many people. In the shop, there are many dishes good for morning break fast like Sandwiches, omelets, and so on. Also, there are many kinds of drink. Shakes, Smoothies, and especially coffee seems like popular, many customers were ordering coffee. We can order espresso from about 2 dollars. The most special thing in morning on Bogart’s, we can order “break fast bagel sandwich (4.45 dollars.)” It is enough quantity for breakfast, and looks like very delicious. This time, I ordered raisin and cinnamon bagel with cream cheese (around 3dollers.) In this shop, so many kinds of bagel, so I suggest you to decide one you want order as soon as possible you can ;-) The bagel was toasted after we ordered, so we could enjoy warm and crispy one in a park that is near the shop. The bagel was very good filling, so you should go when you are very very hungry!! After we bought bagel, we went to a park that near the shop. Under the fresh sunlight in Honolulu, we ate them al we wants. It was so delicious, and harmony of delicate bagel's sweetness and sourness of rich cream cheese was wonderful. Delicious round bagel!!

Bagel is very popular bread among all generational people. This time, we went to a coffee house, BOGARTS. It’s located on Monsarrat Avenue in east Honolulu and near the Diamond Head. The shop is small, but very cute. The shop has small 10 tables, and was full when we arrive there. The shop produced a warm Hawaiian atmosphere, and it was also homely feel. I have heard the shop is famous for bagel, so I had decided to eat bagel. They are reasonable price, and they have 9 kinds, Blueberry, Onion, Spinach, Cinnamon Raison, Poppy Seed, Wheat, Everything, Sesame Seed, Plain, Garlic, Strawberry/Guava, and Taro. We can add cream cheese, butter, and so on. I ate “The Best Breakfast Bagel.” It is a bagel with cheese, spinach, and egg. The price was 4.25 dollars. It was so delicious!!! The cheese was melted, and the egg was fluffy. It is really good for breakfast. We can order this breakfast bagel until 2 o’clock. There are other various foods except bagel like sandwiches, pancakes, omelets and salads. I was surprised that the whiteboard was written full. One customer ordered huge pancakes with covered milk. It was fantastic. Also, there are a lot of beverages. We had to wait for a long time because the shop was really crowded, and there were a few clerks. One woman makes bagels very busily. I was not so board when I waited my bagel because the woman put toppings on bagels so fast. She was a professional!! I recommend you should go there when you are not busy. But, the taste was really great. I want to go there again. We ate at the park near BOGARTS. The park was huge and we can saw the Diamond Head. It was agreeable to eat outside. I had a little gorgeous breakfast time with a BOGARD’s bagel.
